Sanjay Rahate is an internationally certified Master Career Coach from NSDA (USA) who started his career as an Electrical Engineer at B.E.S.T. Working as an officer for 12 years, he had a stable government job and access to every possible amenity provided by the department, but he wasn't happy with the way his growth and self-development was stagnated.

He attended a session by Robert Kiyosaki, author of the global bestselling book "Rich Dad Poor Dad," and decided to take control of his life. Sanjay wanted to help people by giving them the right direction and saving their precious time, money, and energy.

Sanjay started conducting public programs on different topics such as career selection, parenting, KSA (knowledge, skill, and attitude), and Discover the Diamond in You, among others. Simultaneously, he established his fitness business and trained various celebrities and business magnates one-to-one, which helped him understand what they do differently that has made them so successful in life.

As he progressed, he started receiving numerous counseling inquiries from parents, individuals, and VPs and CEOs of companies. However, it wasn't possible to cater to all of them. Sanjay then decided to train a selective group of individuals to start their successful counseling and coaching units where they can help people with proper guidance and earn additional income.

His ultimate aim is to help these individuals become certified counselors and lifestyle coaches, ensuring the holistic development of their clientele. Sanjay Rahate is on a mission to help 10,000 people start their successful counseling and coaching units by 2023.
